I was so thrilled to be able to take my Mother and Sister to see the Broadway performance of The Lion King. The set designs and performances was just breathtaking. At the age of 68, this was the first time my Sister had ever seen a live performance and was in awe of the beauty of the costumes and set designs. My Mother was hearing impaired, and it would have been nice to know that there was an ADA section closer to the stage, which offered a closed-caption marquee. She was not able to see it clear enough from the left side of the room. But, she was able to enjoy the visual beauty of the performance. I was so happy to be able to see so many people happy, smiling and singing along with the songs.
